Ms. Brazier does a great job of bringing a light-hearted approach to a subject that so many deal with (including myself). It is therapeutic to know that others are going through the same thing you are. Maybe there really is truth to the phrase "Laughter is the best medicine" (along with a good dose of xanax)! She balanced her great sense of humor with an obvious compassion for those who deal with a very real obstacle in their lives. I would recommend it to anyone going through any kind of hardship in life... we all need a good laugh now and then! --Brian V.

This book is hillarious and a must read! Even if you don't struggle with anxiety we all have someone in our life who does. My 14 year old son who struggles with anxiety loves Shayna's way of describing those feelings in hillarious ways and finding healthy ways in copying with it. About the Author
Shayna was born in Iowa but raised in Idaho. She comes from a very loving and anxious family. She spent some time in South America as a young adult trying to figure out what she wanted to do with her life. She has always had a passion for writing and kept a steady blog of her everyday life for a while. Apart from being an author, Shayna Brazier has had many unique jobs including: picking up trash at the county landfill, cleaning bathrooms, teaching high school music and art, writing parking tickets, mowing lawns, calling insurance companies to see why they didn't pay, glueing stones into charms, selling utilities to new movers, and paying bills. Given her wide array of skills she has decided to pursue anxiety full-time. When she is not working, Shayna enjoys massages, facials, and napping in a hammock on the beach. The other 364 days of the year she endures chasing her kids around and trying to keep up with the house.

Anxiety can make you laugh too!

If you want to read a boring book then do not read this one, it's not for you. However, if you want to feel good and feel like you are not alone in this world dealing with anxiety then READ THIS BOOK! This is hilarious and point on! Warning: You will not be able to put this book down! Make sure the kids are at school and you're not scheduled for anything until the book is finished because Honey, you ain't be putting the book down anytime soon! Warning#2 Your stomach will hurt from laughing! Buy it!! Sooooo good! Great approach to anxiety, laughter is the best medicine! I wouldn't be surprised if Ms Brazier gets an interview for her book on some show or news channel! Great author!
