About the Author
John E. Adamson is Emeritus Professor of Business and Law in the Department of Finance and General Business at Missouri State University. Adamson received a BS from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York; an MA in International Relations from Georgetown University; and an MBA and a JD from the University of Virginia at Charlottesville. A decorated disabled veteran and past four-term mayor and school board member of his hometown, Adamson is author of numerous business law texts, with a concentration in environmental law.

Simply the best

This book is clear, concise, and takes the reader from the basics to the applications with ease. Plenty of review questions, situations to test your knowledge on and illustrations of how to fill out crucial documents. I read the only other review but it told me nothing of the textual material of the book. It merely expressed the disgust with the fact that the buyer had received the wrong edition and couldn't get the right one from the seller. So I looked back at the reviews of the previous editions and, satisfied by them, bought. It is excellent. I actually gave copies away for birthday and Christmas presents. Buy it. It will not fail you.

I ordered it and got a wrong version. After informed the seller I got a mailing address to send back the wrong one and I did. However, up to now, I still do NOT get the book for that I have paid money.
