I have read many hypnosis books and this is the simplest and most concise hypnosis book I ever read. It is a quick read giving a simple and understandable introduction to hypnosis and the HY Method. It gets straight to the point with how to set up a hypnosis session for one's self. I wish this was the first hypnosis book I read. I highly recommend this book.

The author does a good job of explaining the reasons and processes that make this method work, and then offers scripts for you to try and tips on how to make your own scripts. The best part is that once I got to the scripts I found that they did work! It's not magic, but it's not rocket science either.
